Ad Tech Consultant
TPA Digital are excited to be hiring for an AdTech Consultant in the US office.
The AdTech consultant role will require an individual who has experience with all aspects of an advertisers AdTech ecosystem. Due to the non-conflicted nature of our business, we have zero deals with any advertising technologies, so the successful candidate should have the ability to understand client objectives and understand what their AdTech stack should look like and run unbiased process to find technology partners to fit within that.
The role will be working alongside the Founder & CEO (based in the US) on a variety of AdTech projects to ensure we are over-achieving on the client’s goals. The role will require a motivated and passionate individual, who is happy to get involved and solve challenges.
The person will also have a development program & training budget created for them to allow them to upskill in paid search and paid social as well as delivering on the core responsibilities with AdTech.
Responsibilites

Develop process to audit client’s advertising technology stack against industry best practice.

Provide actionable recommendations to clients by deep diving into their platforms to recognise where gaps exist.

Manage senior client relationships across some of the world’s largest advertisers.

Support implementation of recommended strategy against custom technology selection scorecards for clients.

Upskill clients on the role of AdTech.

Responsible for keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices by writing articles, blogs, and whitepapers.
Requirements
Essential
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with advertising technologies such as demand side platforms, ad-servers, data management platforms, customer data platforms, dynamic creative platforms, data clean rooms etc.

In-depth knowledge of digital media trends and best practices.

A good understanding of major marketing channels and a desire to learn more about programmatic.

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.

Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multi-tasking and organisational ability.

Fluency in English.

Ad Ops experience

Programmatic campaign optimization experience
