James Diba is a Client Operations Director at TPA where he is responsible for leading and growing client relationships as well as ensuring the smooth running of business operations. James enjoys being able to work with a vast array of clients to solve their business challenges via transparent, expertise consulting. A key client objective of his is to transform their business outcomes through the application of programmatic technology.

Areas of Expertise
James has over 8 years experience of working in high performing programmatic teams, having previously held roles at iProspect and Xaxis. Here he was responsible for the strategy and planning of multi-market programmatic campaigns.
James has guided clients through the changing programmatic landscape in periods of rapid change. As a result he has ensured that they are able to stay ahead of the curve across strategy, planning, technology and implementation.
A fun fact about James is that he has seen every episode ever aired of The X Factor UK and has been to two live shows, including the final in 2013!
